What You'll Do
1. SIS System Operation & Sustainment
- Manage day-to-day sustainment of SIS and RTM systems (DMS, SFA, TUA, BI, etc.) across TT, MT, AFH, and Retailer channels to ensure uptime and performance.
- Handle user support, prioritize incidents, and collaborate with IT/BT and service providers to meet SLA targets.
- Coordinate operational testing, UAT, and validation for Change Requests (CRs), fixes, and releases to ensure stable post-deployment performance.
2. Operational Governance, Compliance & Master Data Management
- Align daily operations with data governance and internal controls; support audits and maintain updated SOPs.
- Coordinate timely execution of Sales master data updates (outlets, routing, new distributors, and trade promotion/loyalty setups).
- Oversee user roles, permissions, GPS restrictions, and visit rules to ensure compliance with operating standards.
3. Data Accuracy, Integrity & Refresh Management
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of SIS outputs for business-critical reporting and decision-making.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly data refreshes for key datasets (sell-out, distribution, stock, and route productivity).
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with IT, BI teams, and vendors.
4. BI Reporting Operations
- Operate Sales Intelligence dashboards (e.g., SOG) on BI platforms (Power BI), ensuring stable availability and timely schedules.
- Test report logic/calculations pre- and post-release, manage user permissions, and enforce version control.
- Troubleshoot refresh failures, clean up inactive/duplicated reports, and develop ad-hoc reports for business analysis.
5. Other tasks as assigned by LM or business requirements.
