About your role
Responsible for RTM Strategy - Business Analysis | WoW Design - Outlet Census & Segmentation:
1. RTM Strategy & Business Analysis: developing GTM models and distribution roadmaps for Traditional Trade channels across regions. Ensures alignment of policies, DCR income frameworks, and performance analysis to drive efficiency and growth.
2. WoW Design - Outlet Census & Segmentation: designing Ways of Working (WoW) processes and tools embedded with PDCA cycle. Leads outlet census and segmentation to enable strategic deployment and maximize channel potential.
What You'll Do
1. RTM Strategy - Business Analysis
- Develop GTM model by channel and region (SPVB vs. competitor) to ensure competitiveness and scalability.
- Design and maintain nationwide distribution roadmap by channel and region to support coverage and growth.
- Define and implement DCR policy, income framework, and incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct performance analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for GTM redesign or new design.
- Standardize and optimize sales processes to improve S&D KPIs and CAP.
- Maintain and update performance profiles; provide actionable insights for GTM change and reporting.
- Collaborate with CAT, Channel, Insight, DMP, SIS to integrate data and tools into strategic planning.
- Support SIS rollout and digital initiatives for data-driven growth.
2. WoW Design - Outlet Census & Segmentation
- Design and implement WoW processes, tools, and frameworks embedded with PDCA cycle to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with CAT, Channel, Insight, DMP, SIS for deployment planning aligned with GTM strategy.
- Plan and execute accurate and consistent outlet census (physical, e-census, hybrid) to ensure data integrity and coverage.
- Analyze census data to identify outlet potential and leverage insights for strategy development.
- Lead outlet segmentation initiatives aligned with GTM strategy and prepare for future expansion.
- Ensure integration of census and segmentation frameworks into deployment planning and execution.
- Support market expansion through collaboration with TMKT, Field Sales, and DMP.
