About your role

Support & coordinate with Route to Market Operations Manager in implementing & sustaining the whole agenda of RTM (Field Force Execution, DMS & DMP) at respective location.
 

What You'll Do

'1. Field Force Execution
- Regularly conduct Work*With frontline sales teams in order to coach frontline teams
- Conduct TU Health Check for frontline sales teams
- Ensure different frontline teams using standardized and approved selling & working tools
- Ensure frontline teams using Acacy system for recruiting DCR/SR/BF/...
- Ensure DCRs/WSRs using tablets, compliance with our policy
- Ensure frontline sales teams using functionality on DMS (SDO, DPM, TU Advance)
2. DMP
- Regularly audit distributor
- Ensure distributor at location follow/comply with our policy (DCR/SR/BF’s salary, promotion,…)
- Assist sales locations to ensure different frontline sales teams using standardized forms and procedures of AS&D (P&L form, routing …)
- Assist sales locations to set up new routes, reroute and other works as instructed in DMP
2. DMS
- Involve during roll-out and implementation of all DMS modules/initiatives at location and support users
3. Reporting
- Consolidate OR, KPIs reports (Routes operation, ASO, Sales KPI,…) as well as analyze the data/facts to give insightful suggestions/recommendations to RTM Operations Manager in Action plan.
- Maintain profile and records of performance of sales at locations
4. Other works
- Join in any sales supporting/ sales capability project as required
- Coordinate for Customer Developement conference/ event/ meeting as required
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

What You need to be successful

 

- Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
- Strong knowledge of RTM and distribution model
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Good project management and drive for result
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Careful, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Customer understanding mindset
- Be able to work under pressure and willing to travel
