Job Summary

This job is to support the Pricing, PPA and MT Promotion agenda, ultimately driving the sustainable growth of Net Revenue. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. RGM Data Warehouse: maintain database of internal & external data. Visualize and analyze AC Nielsen, Canadean, Kantar data. Collect Financial Data from Finance.
  2. Pricing (TT and MT Channel): Input data into Pricing & Volume impact model. Coordinate to execute Pricing survey through internal Sales force. Validate consumer prices & trade prices on the market.
  3. Pricing Management: assist to administrate list price and sell-out on-invoice execution per Excom alignment. Prepare pricing note and release to key stakeholders.
  4. PPA (TT and MT Channel): support to provide data inputs, analyze sell in/sell out data for PPA hypotheses. Support the post evaluation of new launch products.
  5. RGM Meeetings: support the logistics arrangement and slides preparation from BI Dashboard, Pricing Template.
  6. MT Pricing Strategy: support to build visual presentation for MT Pricing. Check the result of retailer margin and VC, highlight the abnormalities vs. defined threshold.
  7. MT Promo: Consolidate MT data (scanned data, pricing / promotion data) into standard templates for MT Promo. Upload MT data into System (Power BI, TPO).
  8. MT Mix: support the Hero SKU tracking & data maintenance, update new SKUs to ensure accuracy. Consolidate and summarize Promotion D&A by key MT customers, by Hero SKUs. Support to build visual presentation for MT Mix analysis.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Commercial Analyst
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, Data Visualization, Interpersonal skills, Scanned Data Analysis, Learning Agility
  • Literacy in spoken & written English
  • 1- 2 years of working experiences in Commercial Excellence / Commercial Finance / Research Agency
