Warehouse Operator, Finished Goods - Rayong Plant

Job Summary :

To ensure for incoming material to delivery to plant base on requirement and delivery schedule with requirement documents, to utilized storage area for the most benefit for company, to handle waste & scraps management, to received, storage and issue material base on work instruction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage and control all indirect materials to delivery as agreement with required document as company policy.
  • To coordinate with indirect material administrator if material don’t delivery to plant as delivery schedule. (Indirect materials)
  • To ensure that have suitable stock of indirect material/spare part to support internal customers without breakdown from stock items.
  • To support Foods Safety and HSE base on Pepsi requirement.
  • To provide document to internal and external customers base on requirement and job responsible.
  • Manages the identification and disposition of by-products, surplus, scrap, obsolete items and returned goods in coordination with Finance and/or QC
  • To follow up incoming indirect materials or spare part with planning if material quantity less than minimum stock and update usage to planning every 3 months.
  • To minimize dead stock and damaged material from storage.
  • To received, storage and issue indirect material/spare part as work instruction by daily report and monthly report.
  • To ensure accuracy of Chemical physical count 100% for stock items by conduct daily cycle count and month end physical count.
  • To done job as Leader requirement.
  • Perform daily Gemba walk and summary all finding by daily basis.
  • Work with honesty/Loyalty and GCS control.
  • Follow Company Rule Code of Conduct.
  • Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s)
  • Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc.
  • Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company.
  • Participate in HSE activities and training.

Skills and Experiance :

  • High Vocational Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 year working experience in Logistic, Planning, Purchasing, Store or familiar with Multinational Manufacturing preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated and must be able to work under pressure.
  • Service-minded and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fair in English both writing and reading.
  • Can work on shift schedule.
  • Positive thinking, active and high responsible.
  • SAP knowledge is preferred.
