Warehouse Officer (Raw Materials) - Rayong Plant
Job Summary:
Responsible for the prompt and efficient W/H and Distribution following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinates with SPBT and 3PL team for the information about production volume, daily dispatch from DC
• Follow-up/coordinate orders process.
• Follow-up/coordinate with DC supervisor for urgent matter.
• Follow-up on day to day hot issues for delivery.
• Running order tracking report and inventory staging status
• Perform SAP transaction or as per assign.
• Following job assignment from DC supervisor or DC Manager.
• Follow Foods Safety and EHS requirement that concern to W/H and Distribution
• Coordinates with 3PL team for on daily cycle count
• Perform monthly physical inventory and weekly aging of FG report
• Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Foods Safety, EHS and Plant requirements
• Performs or attends to other job-related matters that maybe assigned by the supervisor
• Communication on service & any abnormalities to avoid surprise.
• Understand company procedure and policies, as well as cooperate with audit activities.
• Attend the compulsory training courses.
• Perform daily Gemba walk with 3PL and summary all finding by daily basis.
• Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s).
• Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc.
• Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company.
• Participate in HSE activities and training.
Skills and Experience :
• Bachelor Degree in any field with at least 3 years of Experience in Warehouse
• Fair communication in English
• Demonstrated ability to motivate other
• Good command of computer skills (Microsoft office Excel, etc.)
