About your role

Manage and control manufacturing performance to achieve annual operation plan, target, quality and area of cost control in AOP/MTP. Lead manufacturing team to ensure people capability and capacity growth that matches to business requirements as per short and long term plan. Ensure safety and environmental under plant operations to meet SPBT standards and norms. |
What You'll Do
• Develop manufacturing strategy that support Operation Plan and MU business growth plan.
• Ensure executable AOP/MTP plan development and team execution including Operations capability and new initiatives of products expansion plan.
• Control product quality and food safety to achieve target
• Maximize in machine efficiency and utilization
• Deliver Environmental sustainability initiatives included energy and water consumption.
• Ensure manufacturing meet SPBT mandatory standard, quality and GCS system.
• Provide manufacturing oversight to SAP implementation.
• Institute SPBT Health & Safety mandates
• Own the Injury Frequency, Lost time and its operational tasks.
• Own the Plant Productivity and its operational tasks.
• Own the PI Quality system and GMP/HACCP to meet Global audits IQA /AIB
• Ensure the sufficient resources for plant operation via right structure / people capability and empower.
• Join with QA /CA to support for customer complaint evaluation/ actions.
• Ensure plant operation to meet local Legal and regulatory for food plant.
• Build manufacturing people capability in developing PPP of manufacturing strategic growth.
• Champion and sustain SPBT Values based and lead for Control Environment at manufacturing site.
• Support cross function for market increase & business growth
• Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food Safety Issue
• Build and model a positive safety culture that stimulates, recognizes, and values the participation and contribution of all employees
• Support HSE policies and programs in a fashion that is recognizable and valued by all employees
• Secure or develop the needed HSE skills to assure informed risk management, compliance, and performance
• Stay apprised of significant HSE risks, achievements, and weaknesses
• Assure development and implementation of priority-based work plans and procedures that lead to sustainable HSE compliance and performance
• Assign and communicate clear roles and responsibilities to plant team member
• Assure that affected individuals have HSE goals and are held accountable
• Support and model the desired HSE-related behaviors of all facility/sales employees
• Lead SMW execution to comply with plant process and aim for operation excellence
• Assign and support plant team to create Kaizen project via appropriate activities
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 12 years of experience within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing plant role
- Experience in an MNC/FMCG environment with exposure to GMP, HACCP, and internal auditing is preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills
