Utilities/Workshop Supervisor - Rayong Plant

Job Summary :

This role is responsible for improving the lifecycle and dependability of plant assets. You will move the maintenance strategy from "reactive" (fixing things when they break) to "proactive" and "predictive." By analyzing failure data and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices, you ensure the plant operates at peak mechanical efficiency while adhering to strict food safety and sanitary design standards.

Job Responsibilities :

•    Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM): Design and optimize maintenance schedules and develops reviews and updates preventive & corrective maintenance program to ensure the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume requirement. Utilize technologies like thermography, vibration analysis, and oil analysis to predict failures before they occur.
•    Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA): Lead technical investigations into major equipment breakdowns to eliminate the "root cause" and prevent recurrence.
•    Asset Criticality Ranking: Maintain a hierarchy of plant equipment based on its impact on safety, food quality, and production volume to prioritize maintenance spend.
•    FMEA Leadership: Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis on new and existing equipment to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
•    Sanitary Design Oversight: Ensure that all mechanical modifications or new equipment installations meet "hygienic design" standards to prevent bacterial growth and cross-contamination.
•    Spare Parts Optimization: Work with the stores/procurement team to ensure critical spares are available without maintaining excessive, costly inventory.
•    Maintaining machines are running with good efficiency in 24/7.
•    Reviews and appraise skills and performance of subordinates for endorsement to the Repair & Maintenance Manager and discusses and develop ways for further improvement.
•    Motivates personnel through periodic dialogue, counseling and coaching, recognition of exemplary performances and encouraging high-level performance.
•    Provide knowledge and skills for continue improvement and implementation of Engineering & Maintenance system. Coaches team for proper guidance in connection with their functions and responsibilities. 
•    Developing the Process parameter and continue improvement for productivity, Safety, food safety, and Sustainability.
•    Performs other tasks / duties in support of the goals and objective of the business.
•    Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food safety Issue
•    Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without safety Issue
•    Following job / task assignment from Engineering Manager.
•    Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements. 
•    Executives analyze the context of the company strategic direction and HSE assessment of the organization will be encouraging continuous improvement of HSE management. Performs the duties of administration and training in accordance with the Legal / other requirements and SPBT procedure on HSE. HSE risk and opportunity evaluation, responsible with Safety officer in law.

Skills and Experiance :

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
•    Experience: 5 years in a maintenance or reliability role within a high-speed manufacturing environment (Food, Pharma, or Beverage preferred).
•    Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP, Maximo, or similar platforms.
•    Expert knowledge of rotating equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC-controlled systems.
•    Proficiency in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and TPM methodologies.
•    Understanding of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) metrics.
•    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead technical teams through complex troubleshooting under high-pressure "line down" situations.
•    Good command of spoken, written English and communication in Thai as well.
•    Good Leadership and motivate with teamwork.
