Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analysis and Integration
Job responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Supply Chain Execution & Coordination
• Support the execution and coordination of all supply chain activities, ensuring seamless integration across planning, logistics, warehousing, and customer service functions.
2. Supply Chain Business Analysis
Act as a business analyst for supply chain operations, focusing on:
• Supply and demand planning performance
• Logistics performance
• Cost performance, including F&D and material cost control and write-offs
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across supply, logistics, warehousing, and cost performance.
• Ensure leadership receives consistent, accurate, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
4. Cost Optimization & Savings Initiatives
• Lead cost-saving initiatives across the customer supply chain.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve operational and financial performance.
5. Scenario Planning & Risk Management
• Develop and support scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to gap closure and financial forecasting.
• Manage service performance across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, and generate executive summary reports.
6. Supply Chain Analytics & Strategic Information Management
• Lead initiatives to improve analytical capabilities within the supply chain.
• Ensure management receives consistent and reliable supply chain performance data on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage co-manufacturing demand and supply capacity to ensure alignment with business needs.
7. Innovation &Technology Leadership
• Serve as a key driver of innovation and technology adoption to enhance supply chain performance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the central point for supply chain technology development and integration.
8. Budget Management
• Manage the budget for the customer supply chain function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and cost control measures.
9. Supply Chain Oversight
• Oversee the overall flow of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
10. Strategic Roadmap Development
• Conceptualize and define projects that contribute to the development of an integrated supply chain for manufacturing.
• Participate in shaping both strategic and tactical roadmaps to support long-term business growth and operational excellence
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor or master’s in Industrial engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in Supply chain fields
• Well understand working with Fast moving products company
• Experience in FMCG (preferable food or beverage)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication both English and Thai and follow up skills
• Computer literature in Microsoft office, SAP/ TMS
• Leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering execution to standard within established timeline
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead a virtual team of suppliers/ 3PLs (3rd parties)
• Must be willing and able to travel to customer and/or factory 30-40% of the time
• Experience of SAP/ TMS environment
• Experience as report analyzed (Ex. WhyWhy analysis/ WSM/ Pareto/ Fish Bone)
• Experience as import/ export coordinator
• Experience as cost saving project leader
• Support New Product Development launching and Co-manufacturing implementationExperience of working on multinational company
