PMX Filler Operator - Rayong Plant (B7)

Job Summary :

-    To ensure that the machine is operated in the most efficient, safe, economical and continuous way at its optimum capacity.
-    It also ensures that the proper maintenance and servicing of the machine is adequate and proper in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. It also embodies the assurance that proper sanitation of the machine and its surroundings are done before and after operations.
-    It calls for and en debt commitment to administer immediate correction and repair of the machine before, during and after operation to ensure and efficient run
-    PMX Filler follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the process area.
-    Work as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities :

1. This position directly reports to Supervisor with the following objective.
2. Check and repair of machine/equipment periodically as per preventive scheduled plan or as necessary.
3. Optimize usage the all materials for machine assigned for reduce materials loss. 
4. Coordinates with concerned QA, Syrup Technician, to operate and ensure to the assigned and (SOP) system.
5. PMX operator start –up and shut down operation in accordance with the standard operation procedure (SOP) or as recommended by the manual. 
6. Coordinates to nest shift to turn over all reports and log sheets which provides all the information about the production run status (pending process, parameter used, machine status).
7. Responsible in keeping and cleaning before and after production.
8. Work as assigned by Supervisor.
9. Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements. 
10. Operate under HSE regulations with awareness according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instruction (WI) company usage personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the company. It is used in various areas and practice and cooperate in achieving the QHSE metrics and goals of the department or related department to support the QHSE policy. Attend training and emergency practice as schedule is set by the company, ready for internal and external monitoring of QHSE in conjunction with the supervisor to assess the risks and environmental aspect impacts.

Skills and Experience :

-    Male or Female age 20-35 years old
-    High School, Vocational Electrical, Electronic or related course.
-    With good moral character and good attitude.
-    Able to work under pressure. 
-    Able to work in shift patterrn.
