Operation Administration Officer - Rayong Plant

Job Summary :

Ensure raw materials and packaging materials availability in production area as per production schedule and perform materials movement/transferring process between production and warehouse. Perform physical count and cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, and operating supplies in the production area. Ensure operating supplies, chemical and other equipment in production available to use by control stock and on time release purchase request as per requirement. Consolidate and report daily production output accurate, presentable and timely manner.

 

Job Responsibilities :

•    Coordinate with Production Planner in order to prepare raw materials and packaging material requirements for daily production and ensure that all materials well movement to production area in the right materials, quantity at the right time.
•    Perform quarterly physical count of raw materials, packaging materials, and operating supplies and ensure that all data accurate and on track.
•    Determine operating supplies and chemical inventory and alert to Syrup supervisor, PET Line supervisor on usage rate in order to review safety stock and release purchase request.
•    Coordinate with Plant procurement to ensure continuous supplies of chemical and operating supplies without production interruption.
•    Ensure all production documents well control and easy access.
•    Report regularly of key KPIs in production, material usage, production run output, trial material usage report, GCS key control and SAP transaction records.
•    Gather, arrange, catalog and provide with a locator document system of the production department.
•    Follow good manufacturing practice (GMP), security and safety and good hygiene in the production area.
•    Coordinate with FG warehouse on production output daily in SAP, Colos system.
•    Support productivity, trials activities such as request materials, report usage and document.
•    Keep working area cleaning, monitor 5S in the production area and feedback to supervisor.
•    Work as assigned by Production Line Manager.
•    Know the potential hazards/environmental impacts and necessary safeguards/controls in their work area(s) 
•    Report hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, etc. 
•    Understand why HSE is important to self and the Company
•    Participate in HSE activities and training.

Skills and Experience :

•    Bachelor of Business administration, Industrial management or related. 
•    Understanding of fundamental Beverage manufacturing, knowledge of problem solving and preventive/corrective maintenance concept.
•    With good working attitude, service mind and moral character.
•    Good command of spoken and written English and computer literate – MS Excel is preferring.
