Mechanic Technician - Rayong plant

Job Summary

This position reports to the Mechanical Supervisor and responsible for Maintenance in processing lines and monitor of maintenance control based on the production plan. Troubleshoot and solving problem on shop floor to keep machine ready for production with 24/7 as per production plan. An electrical maintenance system to do preventive & Corrective maintenance to maintain line continue production and improve the machine in Safety, quality, Food Safety required and performs in processing line and always keep production run.

Job Responsibilities

•            Maintenance in processing line area with shift 24/7 as per production plan.

•            Perform Shift Maintenance team work to ensure all machine are good operation.

•            Perform preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume requirement.

•            Perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance to repair.

•            Make Preventive Maintenance program and recording in the SAP system for history tracking.

•            Ready to make work instruction for new system and method of engineering required.

•            Conduct root cause analysis for machine breakdown and minimize operation down time.

•            Initiates machine improvement and corrective action in the Utilities & Facility process.

•            Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food safety Issue.

•            Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without safety Issue

•            Performs other tasks / duties in support company goals and objective

•            Following job / task assignment by Supervisor & Engineers.

Skills and Experience

•            High Vocational, diploma or above in Mechanical, industry, and related field.

•            Open mind and good attitude to accept new idea.

•            Fair understanding engineering tools such as MTTR, MTBF, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.

•            Good knowledge and Fair for computer.

•            Fair command of spoken, written English and Good communication in Thai as well.

•            Open mind and good attitude to accept new idea.

•            Good Leadership and motivate with team work
