Manager, Indirect Procurement
Job Summary :
To manage procurement of goods and services for indirect materials focusing on Move (for example but not limited to warehouse, transportation, related equipment, etc) and MEM (Marketing Equipment Management) to ensure quality and timely delivery while achieve compliance with procurement & relevant policies.
Priorities: Move and MEM strategy, risk management, productivity & cost mitigation, innovation, sustainability and cash flow improvement. It also includes procurement process and execution excellence, supplier relationship/ stakeholders/ and contract management.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop category expertise & knowledge to achieve competitive advantage, supply, quality, innovation and risk management to ensure business continuity and avoid potential crisis from responsible scope of work. This includes market analysis or benchmarking in the market.

Develop and execute sourcing strategy by category (when relevant) and action plans.

Initiate projects pipeline of at least next 3 years of productivity/ sustainability and support innovation coming from outside to inside

Develop and implement BCP in Mid- and Long-term to support sustainable business growth plans such as Capacity and Risk Mitigation

Launch RFP; manage bidding process in coordination with key stakeholders and, when required, global/ regional Procurement

Lead all the indirect sourcing activities to ensure compliance with corporate controls, governance controls and business values

Select, develop suppliers and lead supplier relationship/ partnership management to establish and maintain quality, supply, service and cost competitiveness across all responsible goods & services while ensuring fundamentals in place (Legal, P2P process, GCS and quality/governance compliance)

Lead/Support supplier evaluation for responsible work scope and provide constructive feedback

Extend cross-functional support in AOP preparation.

Support procurement organization in terms of digital transformation, sustainability direction, etc.
Skills and Experience :
-
Over 5 years of procurement sourcing experience in FMCG with 2-3 years in supervisory Procurement roles. Sourcing experience in LGT and MEM of Beverage & Food industries is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain or engineering or related field. Master’s degree is advantageous.

Computer skills. ERP knowledge especially SAP MM module is a plus.

Advanced analytical skills to develop Indirect strategy and execution and ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and find actionable solutions

Good understanding of procurement systems – spend visibility, contract management, Indirect spend capture tools

Possesses good interaction with cross-functional teams and supplier partnership mindset

Agility and ability to perform multitask. Customer oriented.

Fluent in English. Good communication skills
