Manager, Engineering Planning - Rayong Plant
Job Summary :
This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Reliability. Responsible for the management in Preventive Maintenance program (SAP-PM Module), work order system, spare parts management, and suppliers for PM/maintenance required. Analysis and provide predictive maintenance of machinery in SPBT plant. Development and successful to implementation the maintenance program with Food safety required, safety and environmental programs.
Job Responsibilities :
• Create PM schedule plan maintenance in SAP system.
• Management work order required to meet as customer required.
• Spare part management and ordering with min-max control.
• Coordinate with production planner in accordance with the plan maintenance.
• Report performance of machines
• Root Cause Analysis of machines breakdown.
• Provide MTTR and MTBF for shop floor maintenance.
• Communication relevant issues to other department, regulatory authorities and the public
• Monitoring and report for engineering expense including R&M and CAPEX
• Coordinate with suppliers to make PM / Maintenance as per schedule.
• Management master engineering data and record which control by engineering department and other department as applies.
• Master engineering center information for auditor and applied.
• Developing the PM Process and continue improvement for productivities, Safety, food safety, and Sustainability.
• Performs other tasks/duties in support of the goals and objective of the business.
• Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food safety Issue
• Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without safety Issue
• Training Process instrument for engineering team
• Following job / task assignment from Engineering Manager.
• Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements.
• Executives analyze the context of the company strategic direction and HSE assessment of the organization will be encouraging continuous improvement of HSE management. Performs the duties of administration and training in accordance with the Legal / other requirements and SPBT procedure on HSE. HSE risk and opportunity evaluation, responsible with Safety officer in law. (Supervisor level)
Skills and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering and other related fields.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing industry.
• Excellent understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Spare Part Management, and People plan.
• Computer skills are also necessary to work with software SAP – PM module and different engineering technologies, Presentation app, Analysis app.
• Excellent understanding engineering tools such as MTTR, MTBF, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
• Excellent understanding Analysis tools, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), Six Sigma tools.
• Excellent understanding of bottling line regarding machine operation & maintenance.
• Those with excellent leadership and communication skills will do well in plan maintenance.
• A planning engineer must conform to a rigorous, time-consuming schedule while still bringing creativity and innovation to the plan maintenance.
• Good knowledge and computer skills such as MS-office, AutoCAD, MS-Project, etc.
• Good command of spoken, written English and communication in Thai as well.
• Good Leadership and motivate with teamwork
