Maintenance Technician - Rayong plant

Job Summary

This position reports to the Repair & Maintenance Manager and is responsible for Project & Capex in the factory and monitors & controls of budget, timeline, documents, and other factors based on the factory. Implement the application CAPEX, GHG, and Energy platform to use functionally. Provide and create document standards and follow the Safety, quality, and Food Safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities

•            Project planning to define goals, scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

•            Communication & Coordination between team members, stakeholders, and management.

•            Track milestones and ensure the project stays on schedule .

•            Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans .

•            Ensure deliverables meet standards and expectations.

•            Provide a summary report and update weekly.

•            Project Closure: Review outcomes, document AUC and write-off.

•            Make Project management program and recording in the CAPEX application for history tracking.

•            Ready to make work instruction for new system and method of engineering required.

•            Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food safety Issue.

•            Follow Safety Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that machine and equipment without safety Issue

•            Performs other tasks / duties in support company goals and objective

•            Following job / task assignment by Supervisor & Engineers.

Skills and Experience

•            Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrument, Mechanical, and related field.

•            Open mind and good attitude to accept new idea.

•            Good understanding engineering tools such as Project management, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, IEAT step, etc.

•            Good knowledge and skill in MS Office.

•            Fair command of spoken, written English and Good communication in Thai as well.

•            Open mind and good attitude to accept new idea.

•            Good Leadership and motivate with team work
