Facility & Projects Supervisor - Rayong Plant

Job Summary :

This role  is the primary architect of loss elimination within the facility. This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and eradicating chronic losses—such as product giveaway, yield loss, and unplanned downtime—using rigorous Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will act as a bridge between Finance and Operations, translating the plant’s "Loss Tree" into actionable Kaizen projects. Your mission is to foster a culture of data-driven problem solving and ensure that improvements are standardized and sustainable across all shifts in SPBT plant. Development and successful to implementation the maintenance program with Food safety required, safety and environmental programs.  

Job Responsibilities :

•    Loss Analysis: Analyze plant performance data to identify "Top Losses" and align improvement projects with the site's financial goals.
•    Methodology Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, Kaizen).
•    Project Management: Lead and facilitate high-impact Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste, downtime, and quality defects.
•    Coaching & Training: Build organizational capability by training floor-level operators and staff in basic and advanced problem-solving tools.
•    Sustainability: Audit completed projects to ensure that standard work is followed, and improvements do not regress over time.
•    Process Mapping: Develop and maintain detailed P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify bottlenecks.
•    Standardization: Define "Centerlines" (critical machine settings) to ensure the process runs identically across different shifts.
•    Trials & Commissioning: Lead the scale-up of new products from the pilot plant to full-scale production, ensuring no loss in quality or speed.
•    Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitor process capability and use statistical tools to prevent defects before they happen.
•    Waste Elimination: Identify "Invisible Waste" in the process, such as excessive steam usage or unnecessary mechanical handling that damages fragile products.
•    Management: Ensuring all documentation and "Route Maps" meet SPBT standards.
•    Management work order required to meet as customer required.
•    Following job / task assignment from Engineering Manager.
•    Participate in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements.
•    Executives analyze the context of the company strategic direction and HSE assessment of the organization will be encouraging continuous improvement of HSE management. Performs the duties of administration and training in accordance with the Legal / other requirements and SPBT procedure on HSE. HSE risk and opportunity evaluation, responsible with Safety officer in law.

Skills and Experience :

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 7 years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Lean or TPM.  Excellent understanding of bottling line regarding machine operation & maintenance.
  • Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Minitab, Excel (Advanced), and Data Visualization (PowerBI/Tableau).
  • Soft Skills: Strong "influence without authority" and the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
