Supply Chain Executive

This role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in executing daily operations and planning with logistics partners and OEM factories, ensuring the company achieves its desired outcomes with effective inventory management and sell-in/sell-out processes.
HOW CAN YOU ADD VALUE?
Build efficient supply chain planning
• Liaise with OEM and manufacturing plants to ensure shipment and production plan is in accordance with our request and requirement
• Assist Supply Chain Manager to drive the process for long- and short-term Demand and Supply Planning; providing update to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Works with Cluster Asia supply chain team to manage for operational and supply chain related issue
Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory level and production & shipment schedule to meet financial sell in target, sales target, and DOI target
• Responsible for reporting and managing excessive inventory, shelf life and OOS situation, and communicate with sales team properly
Logistics Coordination
• Assist in overseeing the logistics operations, including repacking, order processing, and stock movement, to ensure compliance with Suntory KPIs and requirements.
• Coordinating customer and sales operations with logistics partners and internal teams to guarantee outstanding operational performance.
Main Complexity/ Critical Issues
• Deal with internal parties to ensure sales and operational excellence
• Identify potential risks of supply chain and develop a contingency plan and solution to minimize business disruption

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain planning, ideally in the FMCG industry.
• Equip with ERP knowledge.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, plus follow-through and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and as a player in a team.
• Good numerical sense.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal relations skills required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other project management certification a plus.
