We are seeking an driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive, General Trade to join our Sales team at Suntory Beverage & Food Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for handling assigned accounts (catering, Macau & China beverage distributors) including activities planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of results, ensure sales targets are met utilizing assigned funding.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with Field Sales team to ensure execution and delivery
  2. Lead & manage the Distributor to meet sales target and KPI target
  3. Develop business growth strategy for Local and Export market, including but not limited to Macau & China, to drive category growth and maximize business revenue
  4. Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributors
  5. Continuously drive to improve physical availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers

Peers: 1 x Assistant Sales Manager GT

Skills and Experience

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma above 
  • 3+ years of related general trade experience within FMCG industry
  • Experience in customer development & distributor management
  • Individual contributor with minimal supervision, result-driven with good communications skills
  • Strong connection within various sales channels, esp. open trade and retail chains
  • Good command of both English & Chinese

Education

Bachelors in Business Administration or Economics
