POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our General Trade team at Suntory Beverage & Food Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in handling assigned accounts including activities, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of results, ensuring sales targets are met utilizing assigned A&P funds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Field Sales & Merchandising team to ensure execution and delivery
• Lead, manage, coach and motivate the sales team & Distributor to meet sales target and KPI target
• Develop business growth strategy for Local Catering market and Export market, including but not limited to Macau & China, to drive category growth and maximize business revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributors
• Continuously drive to improve physical availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers
   

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma above 
• 5+ years of related general trade experience within FMCG industry
• Experience in customer development & distributor management
• Individual contributor with minimal supervision, result-driven with good communications skills
• Strong connection within various sales channels, esp. open trade and retail chains
• Good command of both English & Chinese
