Job Responsibilities
- Support Trade Marketing Manager to execute trade marketing activities of SBFH beverage & Health Enrichment products
- Lead and implement in-store display materials from planning, artwork development, production to roll-out execution independently.
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade activation programs, customer engagement program and in-store demonstrations, including agency management and mechanic proposal.
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager to evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend the workable solution to drive the result.
- Keep track the market trend and competitors promotional and marketing programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure in-store execution excellence
- Provide support to the team to create PR/PO for all trade activities through SAP system
- Follow up invoice from supplies for clearing GR in time
- Helping hand to create a key meeting for the company

Skills and Experience
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or other relevant fields.
- 3 to 5 years trade marketing experience with hands-on trade promotion and advertising experience in Beverage or Healthcare category
- Experience in handling POSM material for chain stores / open trade in FMCG industry will be advantageous
- Able to work multi-task, strong attention to details and timeline, well-organized, proactive to communicate with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Proficient with MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and meticulous with strong eye for business and consumer focus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
- Shown success in setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives
