This role is to drive business results by developing strategies to achieve business goal, marketing objectives and implement marketing campaigns to is excellence for Health Enrichment category.
Job Responsibilities
• Define and articulate a clear branding strategy for Suntory Health Enrichment business
• Lead annual business plan, manage A&P and P&L to achieve business targets e.g. topline, bottom line, market share, OI
• Identify, initiate and implement marketing campaigns and programs (including but not limited to creative big idea, media strategy, on-ground activation, social engagement, PR, roadshow) for strengthening the brand positioning and enhancing brand imageries
• As local brand custodian to work closely with regional marketing and local RA on core brand innovation and new product development
• Monitor the output and make evaluation of the brand product strategies and marketing communication ensuring business strategies are formulated and executed effectively
• Proactive monitor and analyse business performance, market share and brand health tracking as key performance indicators of marketing strategies and plans as well as take immediate course correct action whenever necessary
• Responsible in analysing market trends and consumer insights to translate opportunities into business potential within the product categories and expand portfolio footprint
• Lead a sub-ordinate on marketing execution and operation
• Drive and lead different internal departments and operations to meet business objectives
• Ad hoc projects which assigned by supervisor

Skills and Experience
• A Bachelor's Degree holders in business / marketing or related disciplines
• 6 - 8 years’ solid marketing experience in MNC / relevant FMCG industry
• Solid experience on brands management and handle marketing campaigns in health supplement industry a must
• Good marketing sense and consumer research experience
• Excellent project management skill and presentation skill
• Experience in managing social media platforms and competency in digital marketing
• Strong business sense, innovative thinking and communication skills
• Proactive, result & detail oriented, with profound sense of responsibility good team player, positive attitude, flexible
• Experience in A&P expenses reimbursement in SAP system
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in Nielsen market share platform
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
