About your role
A dedicated sales person is assigned to take full responsibility in business development in line with identified strategic channels. Key objective is to expand penetration of products in Hong Kong General Trade channels.
The Assistant Sales Manager is required to share the market intelligence and identify new business development in assigned channels.
What You'll Do
- Identify key chains / accounts with volume & value sales growth opportunity
- Propose action plan to capture the potential sales
- Maintain good relationship with customer and foster the best result from business partnership in terms of promotion sales & creative application
- Administer the appropriate price structure, discounts and rebates for accounts under his/her responsibility in consultation with the Head of Sales
- Ensures the successful implementation of sales & promotion activities with delivery of target result
- In consultation with the Head of Sales, develop customized promotional plans for implementation to improve sales volume, product visibility and share of sales in the assigned channels
