We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager to join our Brand Marketing team at Suntory Beverage & Food Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the line manager in implementing marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and marketing objectives for the assigned brands and drive Beverage business results through effective strategy development and campaign implementation. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, and implement marketing campaigns and programs (including, but not limited to, creative big ideas, media strategy, on-ground activation, social engagement, PR, roadshows) to strengthen brand positioning and enhance brand imagery
  • Work closely with regional marketing and local RA on core brand innovation and new product development
  • Manage content strategies and closely monitor the performance on multiple Beverage brands' social media platforms
  • Monitor the output and evaluate brand product strategies and marketing communication to ensure effective formulation and execution of business strategies
  • Manage assigned A&P budget to optimize effectiveness and support A&P management under the SAP system
  • Work closely with internal counterparts to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations 
  • Proactively monitor and analyze business performance, market share, and brand health tracking as key performance indicators of marketing strategies and plans, and take immediate corrective action whenever necessary
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to translate opportunities into business potential within the product categories and expand portfolio footprint

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree holders in business / marketing or related disciplines 
  • 5 to 7 years’ solid experience to handle marketing campaigns in MNC / relevant FMCG industry. Experience in brand management and handling marketing campaigns in the FMCG and beverage industries is must
  • Good marketing sense and consumer research experience
  • Excellent project management skill and demonstrate execution excellence 
  • Experience in manage social media platforms and competency in digital marketing   
  • Strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and communication skills
  • Proactive, result & detail oriented, with profound sense of responsibility good team player, positive attitude, flexible
  • Experience in A&P expenses reimbursement in SAP system. Proficiency in Excel and experience in Nielsen market share platform
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
