Assistant Brand Manager

About your role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support brand growth in the Hong Kong market. This role offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end brand marketing, including integrated campaign execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance tracking, within a dynamic FMCG environment.

What You'll Do

•    Execute integrated marketing programs, including above‑the‑line advertising, digital and social media marketing, in‑store promotions, events, sampling roadshows, joint promotions, and PR; coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure strong execution.
•    Analyse consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance to identify opportunities and support marketing decisions.
•    Support assigned brand(s) or initiatives within the portfolio, ensuring consistent brand execution across consumer touchpoints.
•    Initiate new ideas to drive brand growth and explore new business opportunities; stay abreast of market trends and best practices and identify potential partnership opportunities.
•    Support content creation and monitor the performance of owned social media platforms, including basic reporting and optimization.
•    Work closely with regional cross‑functional teams and other BU marketing teams on communication plans and NPD development, ensuring launch communications are aligned with agreed schedules.
•    Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination of BTL activities and sales promotions.
•    Manage assigned A&P budgets to optimize effectiveness and support A&P budget tracking and reimbursement processes under SAP.
•    Support day‑to‑day brand operations, ad‑hoc projects, and assist in campaign performance and business reporting. .

What's in it for you

What You need to be successful

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
•    3–6 years’ relevant experience in brand marketing within FMCG or a related consumer industry.
•    Strong execution capability with solid project and time management, and high attention to detail.
•    Strong agency and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to negotiate and deliver within timelines and budget.
•    Comfortable with numbers; proficient in Excel; with the ability to support data analysis and campaign reporting.
•    Experience in A&P tracking / reimbursement using SAP System.
•    Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
•    Exposure to social and digital content creation and social platform management is a plus
