About your role
As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will execute the Logistics Execution and Customer Management process related to customer order processing, import and export management, 3PL inventory & warehouse management, analysis & reporting
What You'll Do
Customer relationship management and service levels to customers including order management, invoicing, managing professional discussions with internal and external customers
Work closely with D&S Planner to ensure stock management from production, stock receipt, Purchase orders and order fulfilment at customer level
You will be the key point of contact for 3PL warehouse and logistics teams and manage monthly shipment imports and exports through 3PL, including periodic stock counts, processing & tracking of invoices
Ensure adherence to inventory management policies to ensure efficiency of all FG sources and ensure reconciliation of stocks are conducted regularly, including monitoring aged stock, reduce waste and optimize customer service levels.
Report on logistics metrics, including costs, monitor and report on company’s latest estimate position weekly and escalate potential risks in logistics or inventory areas and determine any supply risks for the business

What You need to be successful
Bachelor level of education
Solid relevant work experience in a Supply Chain field
Experience with data mining, Excel, SAP ECC/APO
Experience in Customer Operations and the Caribbean market
Prioritization skills, change management and Continuous Improvement
