ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Finance Business Partner for the Caribbean, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial delivery and governance of Suntory’s operations in the region. You will act as a co-pilot to business leaders, providing actionable financial insights through the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, and support strategic planning and forecasting. Your key responsibilities will include preparing month-end reports, tracking revenue growth management initiatives, and developing business cases for spend efficiencies. Additionally, you will enforce financial controls, supervise cash management, and assist with audits. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
 

REQUIREMENTS

  •     Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
  •     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •     Effective stakeholder management
  •     Proactive, curious, and a team player
  •     Organized and able to work with diverse, cross-regional teams
  •     Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools
  •     Ability to think holistically about the impact of business operations
  •     Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management
  •     Solid experience in finance, particularly in accounting, controlling, FP&A, and or commercial finance
  •     Experience in FMCG 
  •     A qualified Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.)
