About your role
This role will provide proactive support to Commercial Functions (Sales and Marketing) on TT channel performance to drive business growth. This comprises: building AOP and Forecasts. Monitor Budget spending. Ensure effectiveness of Trade spending. Assess Risks and Opportunities. Analyze data and drive insights. Collaborate with other Functions to develop business system and simplify business process
What You'll Do
1. AOP and Forecast:
• Support Sales Function in building the bottom up AOP and Fcst by developing and simplification financial models, running scenarios, evaluating initiatives, and providing financial information to facilitate decision making
• Develop the rolling and official fcst and identify risks and opportunities
2. TT Channel:
• This includes:
• Assessing D&A effectiveness and ROI,
• Support Sales Function in identifying growth opportunities and to deliver positive volume/NR/VC flowthrough,
• Develop and analyse the channel P&L and identify opportunities to drive healthy topline growth,
• Work with Revenue Management and Sales team to strengthen RM levers.
3. Pricing and D&A:
• Provide information on the monthly D&A traffic activities
• Monitor the monthly D&A spending and ensure it is inline with budgets and obtaining proper and timely approvals
• Develop and provide financial evaluation of key D&A activities in order to take appropriate actions
• Identify risks/ Opportunities on pricing and D&A
• Develop financial analysis and recommendation on CDA and investments
• Update List Price & Discount On Invoice
4. Compliance and others:
- Ensure compliance with SOA specifically in relation to Pricing/D&A/CDA, etc
• Work with Trade Marketing and Legal to ensure compliance with regulations such as Tax exposure and Legal compliance on CPC
5. People:
• Develop business partners' understanding of financial matters, processes, systems (Power BI), SOA, etc.
• Play an active role in the Finance/Planning OHS
What You need to be successful
4 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis; 1+ year experience in Commercial Finance
Strong interpersonal skill:
Strong customer-oriented mindset
Stakeholders engaging skill
Very good analytical and conceptualization
Good communication skill
Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point. Knowledge of ERP (Oracle/SAP), Hyperion HFM and/or Hyperion Budgeting is a significant plus
