About your role
Provide analytical and planning supports as well as SPVB Management team to help in the diagnosis and resolution of beverage business, to improve understanding of economics, and facilitate the development and achievement of short-term and long-term performance targets, through the CAPEX/Long Term Prepayment Investments.
This role will be in charge of evaluation on various types of capital investments, monitoring and controlling the investment tracking in a timely manner and supporting in the execution of Non-Operation functions (IT, G&A, Sales, LTP) and supposed to propose alternative plans/options in line with the SPVB’s strategy.
This role is required to work effectively cross-functions to achieve business priorities and is strongly required to have strategic thinking, deep business understanding, Data analysis, solving problem skill and leading group discussion.
What You'll Do
1. Business and Financial Strategy, Planning and Forecasting
- Manage AOP/MTP/Forecast development of investment initiatives, business action plans and priorities
- Develop and support execution of CAPEX proposal in a timely manner and facilitate the development of an effective business strategy by:
+Developing economics to understand business performance (Brand/Package/Channel trends etc.)
+Leading the financial and operational assessment of tactics and strategic options
- Coordinate the development of the capital and operating budgets and financial targets
- Review current progress towards achievement of AOP/MTP targets and support the development of contingency plans and corrective actions with Operation team.
2. Performance Monitoring
- Deliver accurate financial evaluations on various CAPEX/LTP investments with deep business understandings
- Track and support CAPEX execution for completion in time and within approved budgets
- Propose alternative option to manage Cash flow.
3. Analytical Support
- Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks to the SPVB management team, BOD as well as Line manager (Senior Director).
- Deliver value-added cross-functional planning support (e.g. cost to serve economics, channel profitability, etc.)
- Provide sales analyses, reporting and forecasting support with the SPVB management
- Develop and communicate monthly updates /outlooks to satisfy shareholder’s reporting requirements.
4 Drive Productivity Agenda
- Work with cross functions for development of productivity agenda linked to CAPEX/LTP investments
- Follow through on timely delivery of all productivity initiatives.
What You need to be successful
- Education: University graduated of Finance, preferable on ACCA or MBA
- Functional skill: At least 8-10 years of working experiences in Operation and Financial analysis for an international FMCG companies, Proven project management experience, Risk management, and Tax management
- Strong and clear communication skills as below;
+Project leadership skill, conflict management skill, leading communication skill over cross functions
+Strong collaboration mindset and facilitate with others, and team-worker. - Language: Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
- Computer: Excellent at MS Excel, Powerpoint, and ERP software (Oracle/SAP)
