About your role

As a Trade Operations Executive, you will support the execution of sales and trade programs within the Modern Trade and Pharmacy channel, working closely with key account teams and merchandising partners.
This role focuses on ensuring pricing, promotion, and display compliance, supporting outlet‑level execution, and contributing to operational reporting that enables effective decision‑making and market performance.

What You'll Do

 

  • Support the delivery of commercial plans by coordinating and monitoring trade execution at outlet level.
  • Work with merchandising partners to ensure effective deployment and alignment with agreed execution standards.
  • Support price, promotion, display, and POSM compliance across assigned Pharmacy outlets.
  • Prepare and propose pharmacy outlet‑level sales orders, aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with outlet stakeholders to support day‑to‑day operations.
  • Track and report On‑Shelf Availability (OSA) and outlet productivity at regional level.
  • Prepare regular updates including competitor activity, sales operation dashboards, and monthly bulletins.
  • Coordinate weekly check‑ins with merchandising partners to align on priorities and execution progress.
  • Ensure sales operations activities comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

What You need to be successful

 

  • Relevant experience in sales operations, trade operations, or field execution within FMCG; exposure to the Pharmacy channel is an advantage.
  • Ability to monitor and support execution standards across pricing, promotions, displays, and POSM.
  • Basic understanding of sales operations, outlet‑level execution, and field coordination.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external merchandising partners.
  • Comfort working with reports, dashboards, and routine operational updates.
  • Organisational skills to manage recurring tasks and follow‑ups across multiple outlets.
  • A professional and reliable approach when representing the company at outlet level.
