Job Summary
Join SBF HE as the South Cluster (SG, MY, Indonesia & Export) IT Lead and lead the charge in transforming our IT landscape. This role serves as the strategic IT business partner for the South Cluster and its markets. Act as the Digital & IT orchestrator, aligning cluster priorities with the unified HE BU strategy. Bridge business and technology by translating commercial ambitions into actionable Digital & IT initiatives. Provide strategic oversight of Digital & IT projects and operations through Centers of Excellence (COE) and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring visibility and control over delivery outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy Alignment
Ensure the cluster’s Digital & IT roadmap aligns with HE BU strategy.
Represent cluster needs in regional forums and translate BU priorities into local execution.
2. Commercial Technology Enablement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to identify and implement digital solutions that drive business growth.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the single point of contact for cluster business stakeholders.
Manage expectations, escalate issues, and ensure transparent cross-functional communication.
4. Operational Improvement & Governance
Identify and enable digitization and automation opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Oversee IT demand intake, prioritization, and execution.
Coordinate delivery through COE and SMEs, managing timelines, dependencies, and quality.
5. Delivery Orchestration
Establish engagement frameworks to align business and technical teams.
Empower COE/SMEs to lead technical discussions while maintaining structured oversight through progress checkpoints.
6. Digital & IT Advocacy
Promote Digital & IT adoption and upskilling across the cluster.
Inspire business leaders to embrace data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies.

Line Manager: Head of Digital & IT, SBF HE (Director)
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- 8–10+ years in IT or digital roles within FMCG, Consumer Product Goods, or related sectors.
- Proven IT business partnering experience with commercial teams.
- Strong project management and business process improvement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Adequate technical knowledge to guide solutioning discussions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desirable:
- Experience driving adoption of new tools and practices across commercial teams.
- Background in digital upskilling or training initiatives.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, or ITIL.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Thai) are a plus.
