About your role

This role is a key marketing position for South Cluster and is responsible for driving all consumer marketing related activities for Ribena, CC Lemon as well as any new beverage brands introduced. This includes the following:

  • developing and driving brand strategies to ensure continued increase in market shares and sustained growth of Suntory Beverage Brands (currently Ribena and CC Lemon)
  • identifying opportunities for launch of new beverage brands within the Suntory portfolio and to lead the launch of New Product plans
  • planning and executing the relevant brand communication and promotion activities
  • managing Advertising and Media spends
  • working closely with media, creative and digital partners to ensure consumer driven communications.

What You'll Do

Develop and Drive Brand Growth Strategy
Lead the development and execution of brand and category strategies for beverage brands, using consumer, market, and category insights to deliver short‑ and long‑term growth objectives.

Identify Growth and Innovation Opportunities
Evaluate market trends and consumer needs to identify opportunities for brand expansion, innovation, and the launch of new beverage products within the Suntory portfolio.

Design and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns
Develop consumer‑centric, integrated communication and promotion plans that align with brand positioning and business objectives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

Lead Digital Marketing and Media Effectiveness
Drive effective use of digital marketing and media platforms, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and performance is measured to optimise impact and return on investment.

Manage A&P and Campaign Execution
Oversee the planning and execution of advertising and promotion spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed objectives.

Collaborate with Sales and Trade Teams
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and distributors to ensure aligned execution of brand and consumer marketing activities in market.

Partner with Regional and Global Teams
Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align local market needs with regional strategies, innovation pipelines, and best practices.

Engage External Partners
Manage relationships with creative, digital, media, and research agencies to deliver high‑quality, consumer‑driven communications.

Track Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement
Monitor brand, portfolio, and NPI performance against KPIs, analyse results, and recommend corrective actions or adjustments where needed.

Lead and Support the Marketing Team
Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure clarity of priorities, effective execution, and professional development.

What You need to be successful

Relevant Marketing Experience
Demonstrated experience in brand management or marketing roles within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or related industries.

Strategic Thinking & Planning Skills
Ability to develop brand and category strategies based on consumer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.

Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration
Capable of working effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners, contributing constructively to shared goals.

Digital & Media Capability
Experience using digital marketing and media channels to support brand objectives, with an understanding of performance measurement and optimization.

Execution & Project Management Skills
Able to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards.

People Leadership Experience
Experience guiding and supporting team members, fostering clarity, accountability, and development.

Professional Background

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Typically 6–8 years of marketing or commercial experience in relevant industries
  • Experience in people leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Exposure to new product launches or portfolio management is an advantage
