About your role

As a Sales Analyst, you will enable our commercial teams by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of trade claims and sales documentation. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Trade Marketing to maintain clean records, clear accruals, and improve claim workflows, so the team can execute in market with confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Process & validate trade claims (promotions, rebates, returns, pricing disputes) against approved terms and accrual references.
  • Maintain data integrity in claim tracking; match claims accurately to accruals and clear aging items.
  • Partner with Sales/Finance to obtain approvals, resolve discrepancies, and improve documentation quality.
  • Coordinate with retailers/dealers on supporting documents and reconciliations.
  • Improve processes with practical suggestions that enhance speed, accuracy, and governance.

What You need to be successful

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s or equivalent practical experience in sales support, commercial ops, or finance.
  • Relevant experience in sales support/finance operations (FMCG or similar); adjacent paths welcomed.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets/presentations (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) and learning new tools.Clear communication in English for internal coordination; additional languages a plus.
  • Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize to meet monthly/quarterly deadlines.
