About your role

As a Sales Administrator Executive, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Reporting Line Manager: General Manager, South Cluster
Compensation and Benefits: 

  • 12 days Annual Leave

  • Hybrid work mode (4 days work from office, 1 day work from home)

What You'll Do

  • System Management: Manage documents and raise Purchase Requests/Purchase Orders for Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Invoice Tracking: Monitor incoming DN/Tax invoices, compile itemized documents, and liaise with Finance and AR teams to reconcile claims and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Budget Management: Create and maintain WBS budgets.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate with Sales to resolve day-to-day issues and support Trade Marketing activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate reports as assigned by Heads of Department.
  • Event Coordination: Organize flight schedules, hotel bookings, and lead coordination for Sales Conferences and internal activities.

What You need to be successful

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and business tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive mindset.
