About your role
Partner with the leadership team of South Cluster on strategic people priorities. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistency of approach in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, training and P&C Operations within the corporate framework, building the employer branding and culture, as well as providing leadership to the HR team. This position also is responsible for ensuring an aligned HR plan with global and regional priorities.
SCOPE COVERING: South Cluster (Malaysia / Singapore / Indonesia / other markets)

What You need to be successful
- Bachlor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Organization Development or any related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience as P&C Business Partner or any related field with at least 5 years in P&C managerial roles
- Working experience in fast paced environment, preferably i.e. FMCG would be an advantage.
- Work well under pressure, can manage multiple activities simultaneously, and re-prioritize efforts when plans change, or the need arises.
- Result oriented, strong leadership skills, and well disciplined.
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge on People&Culture strategy and processes
- Good stakeholder management skills and strong in maintaining relations
- Business savviness and understanding trends and developments in the area of focus
- Ability to steer on business outcomes
- Knowledge on Employee Relations
- Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operations and solutions
