The People Partner is the ‘face of the People and Culture’ for the functions you support.  The People Partner provides high quality operational HR advice, covering engagement, employment relations, policy and procedures across all business areas to support the achievement of desired business goals, values and culture. 

Additionally, you collaborate with regional Centres of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the smooth execution of People & Culture cyclical activities within the business.

What You'll Do

As a People Partner, you’ll be the go-to HR advisor for our South Cluster teams, supporting Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Export markets. You’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing people processes. Your responsibilities include:

    • HR Advisory & Coaching: Be the first point of contact for employment relations, providing expert guidance on policies, systems, and legislation. Coach managers through performance and disciplinary matters.
    • Operational Support: Assist in rolling out P&C programs, support interviews and separations, and act as a liaison with regional HR teams.
    • Reporting & Metrics: Deliver timely insights on recruitment, learning & development, and employee data to support business decisions.
    • Systems & Process Champion: Help employees navigate HR systems and lead improvements in people processes.
    • Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure alignment with company policies and proactively enhance HR service delivery.
