Job Summary
Plan and achieve annual sales, profit, and market share targets for the designated key account.
(Key Account: Econsave, Trendcell, TF Value, Village Grocer), subject to change based on company channel strategy
Job Responsibilities

Commercial Deliverables
- Achieve sales and profit targets for the key account.
- Monitor sales performance and initiate programs to meet targets.
- Ensure accurate monthly sales forecasts and sufficient stock levels.
- Negotiate promotional costs and margins to achieve account profitability.
- Manage and optimize trade funds to meet planned KPIs.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through promotional activities.

Customer Programs
- Develop and execute annual business plans, strategies, and promotions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Manage and fulfill existing contractual agreements.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and trade investments.
- Maintain strong customer service and relationships with retailers.

Commercial Works/Executions
- Analyze and appraise promotional activities and trade investments to achieve ROI.
- Manage and motivate the operations/merchandising team.
- Coordinate exclusive promotions, display setups, and roadshows.
- Coordinate ordering and delivery between customers and internal teams.
- Review monthly operations efficiency through sales performance and stock availability.
- Negotiate category development projects with customers.
- Conduct weekly trade visits with the sales team.
