About your role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts across Petrol mart, local CVS, and Horeca channels. You will also oversee distributor management to ensure optimal coverage, availability, and growth. This role is pivotal in driving business plans, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- Key Account & Channel Management: Drive sell-in/sell-out performance, execute promotions, and negotiate trading terms.
- Distributor Management: Collaborate with distributors to execute initiatives, develop Horeca opportunities, and optimize territory coverage.
- Market & Business Insights: Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic growth initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align execution and planning.
- Relationship & Communication: Build strong rapport with retailers and act as a communication bridge between company, distributor, and customer.

What You need to be successful
Essential:
- MNC FMCG experience in managing modern trade retailers for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge in sales operations, merchandising, promo planning, and in-store activation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
- Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management and sales operations.
- Passionate and enthusiastic attitude.
- Advanced negotiation and analytical capabilities.
