Job Summary
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for planning and achieving the annual account plan on sales, profit, and market share for the designated key account- Lotus & Giant
This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to meet business objectives, fostering strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the alignment of account strategies with overall company goals.
Job Responsibilities
1. Commercial Deliverables:
- Achieve sales targets and profit objectives.
- Monitor sales and initiate programs to meet targets.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts and sufficient stock.
- Negotiate promo costs and margins with buyers.
- Manage trade funds and achieve spend KPIs.
- Increase sales through promotional activities.
2. Customer Programs:
- Develop and execute annual business plans and promotions.
- Conduct regular business reviews.
- Manage contractual agreements.
- Track and analyze promotional effectiveness.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers.
3. Commercial Works/Executions:
- Analyze promotional activities and ROI.
- Manage and motivate the operations/merchandising team.
- Coordinate promotions, displays, and roadshows.
- Coordinate ordering and delivery.
- Review operational efficiency.
- Negotiate category development projects.
- Conduct weekly trade visits with the sales team.

Skills and Experience
Knowledge:
- Business Graduate
- Account management skills
Technical/Work-Based Skills:
- At least 3-5 years in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- High level of negotiation and analytical skills
General Skills/Attributes:
- Good understanding of the business environment and its dynamics
- Strong leadership attributes
- Strong interpersonal skills, good commercial acumen, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Good understanding of company directions and business essentials
- Analytical mindset
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of Key Account management and sales operations experience, with at least 1 year in IKA accounts specifically
- Experience managing Modern Trade in the FMCG industry
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in a Business-related course
- Proven sales track record
