HRIS Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS Specialist to support the Global HRIS Lead as part of the People Excellence Team in the Global P&C Organization. This role will work in partnership with the Global and Regional P&C teams, Global HRIS and HRIT teams, and our outsourced vendors to analyze and translate business requirements for our P&C technologies into practical technology solutions that enhance the service delivery and efficiency of the P&C function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR processes, and technology, with a passion for leading impactful automation and digitization initiatives, and improving the overall employee experience.

Location: This role can be based anywhere in APAC at Suntory Beverage & Food locations. 

Job Responsibilities

Subject Matter Expert

  • Define the vision and roadmap for HR global solutions with P&C COE and global HRIS Lead.
  • Act as the key interface between P&C system requests and HRIS/HRIT stakeholders, translating requests into system requirements.
  • Present the best possible solutions, including market practices, to meet P&C stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish a consistent operating rhythm with P&C and HRIS/HRIT stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and feedback loops.
  • Develop an escalation strategy for system bugs and requirements, providing recommendations and risk mitigation.
  • Work with the Global HRIS Lead to establish and embed the Global P&C calendar of events within the HRIS function.

Employee Experience

  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset while balancing compliance and standards for a global system architecture.
  • Support P&C teams with data collection, corrections, complex analyses, and mass uploads.
  • Identify and address process or knowledge gaps within the region.
  • Share knowledge and upskill the P&C team in using SuccessFactors, focusing on customer experience.

Audit / Compliance

  • Collaborate with the Global HRIS Lead to establish a global process for data compliance and retention.
  • Support all data protection and audit matters.
  • Assist with monthly audits such as RBP, data purges, and data accuracy.
  • Analyze role-based permission requests and recommend global standard approaches.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Project and Change Management

  • Contribute to P&C projects by delivering HRIS tasks and milestones.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, offering post-implementation support and continuous improvement insights.

Your Team

Reports to: Global HRIS Lead, SBFI
Peers: 1x HRIS Lead, 1 x HRIS Reporting Lead

Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, HR technology, and HR processes.
  • Experience working with outsourced technology vendors in system configuration and RBP setup and maintenance.
  • Understanding of SAP product ranges, particularly SuccessFactors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Talent Management or Talent Acquisition.
  • Working experience in an AMS vendor-supported HR technology environment.
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module.

Education

Bachelors in Human Resource or Information Systems
