About your role
As the Ecommerce Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital brand presence across South Cluster markets (Malaysia & Singapore). You’ll lead the strategy and execution of our ecommerce marketing initiatives across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and emerging DTC channels. This role bridges brand storytelling with ecommerce performance, ensuring our campaigns are both compelling and conversion-driven.

What You'll Do
- Ecommerce Channel Management: Oversee daily operations of Shopee and Lazada official stores, including campaign planning, store health optimization, and platform negotiations.
- Brand & Content Marketing: Develop engaging content strategies (videos, UGC, livestreams) that reflect brand identity and drive ecommerce engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute mega sales, seasonal campaigns, and BAU promotions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- New Channel Expansion: Spearhead the launch and growth of TikTok Shop, DTC sites, and other emerging platforms, integrating social commerce strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, basket size) and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets, POs, invoices, and agency relationships to ensure efficient execution and spend evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, sales, finance, and regional teams to align strategies and share market insights.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven success managing Shopee/Lazada stores and executing high-impact campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok commerce, influencer marketing, and livestreaming.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in ecommerce KPIs and marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment
