About your role

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our digital commerce strategy. You’ll lead the development and execution of online marketing plans, manage our e-store and marketplace presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to grow our e-commerce footprint and drive business results.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic online marketing plans and e-commerce calendars for the company’s e-store and marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
- Collaborate with designers and agencies to manage content, campaigns, and store visuals aligned with brand identity.
- Analyze consumer behavior and marketplace trends to drive brand consistency and performance.
- Optimize operational processes including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Use data analytics to refine content strategy, improve SEO, and enhance conversion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Lead reporting and performance tracking to support business decisions and financial goals.

What You need to be successful
- A degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or Business with strong commercial acumen.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, including Assistant Manager.
- Proven ability to manage online platforms, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with marketplaces and e-commerce tools; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable, especially during peak sales periods and festive campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences.
