About your role
As Consumer Media & Digital Content Strategy Senior Manager, you will work closely with brand and regional teams to shape and execute media and digital strategies that support brand growth, consumer engagement, and business outcomes.
This role plays a key part in connecting media, digital, content, and data to deliver effective consumer experiences, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, performance objectives, and Suntory’s health and wellness commitments.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute consumer media strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives, working closely with brand teams and regional stakeholders.
- Plan and manage integrated media planning and execution across traditional and digital channels to support brand penetration, frequency, and engagement goals.
- Collaborate with media agencies and digital partners to identify opportunities across audiences, occasions, and platforms.
- Define and track media KPIs, analyse performance against business objectives, and drive optimisation based on insights and data.
- Act as the single point of contact for media audits, translating findings into actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage media budgets, ensuring allocation across channels is aligned with agreed priorities and expected return on investment.
- Support campaign implementation by monitoring execution quality, timelines, and performance.
- Integrate health and wellness considerations into media strategies and campaigns, in line with brand positioning and Company values.
- Share media and performance insights to inform content strategy and planning.
- Lead the development and execution of owned media content strategies across digital platforms (e.g. social media, video, brand websites).
- Develop and manage CRM and first‑party data strategies, including data collection, analytics, and activation in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Support the continuous enhancement of consumer digital journeys through data‑driven insights and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

What You need to be successful
- Relevant experience in media, digital, or consumer marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or similar consumer‑focused industries.
- Practical experience across traditional and digital media planning and execution.
- Experience working with media agencies, digital platforms, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of CRM, loyalty, or first‑party data concepts and how data supports consumer engagement.
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Effective communication, planning, and project coordination skills.
- A professional approach to managing budgets, partners, and multiple initiatives concurrently.
