About your role

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be a strategic business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams, driving financial leadership and commercial insights. Your role is critical in shaping profitable growth strategies, optimizing trade investments, and ensuring financial plans align with business ambitions. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, translating data into actionable strategies that fuel sustainable performance.

What You'll Do

Commercial Finance Leadership
- Partner with Sales to evaluate promotional effectiveness and profitability.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to optimize trade spend.
- Lead financial modeling for new business cases, pricing strategies, and portfolio decisions.

Business Performance Management
- Monitor channel and brand performance, providing insights to improve outcomes.
- Highlight risks and opportunities against targets and actuals.

Forecasting & Planning
- Collaborate on AOP, MTP, and rolling forecasts with cross-functional teams.
- Support monthly IBP reporting and provide timely management insights.
- Identify financial gaps and lead initiatives to close them.

Trade Spend & Month-End Closing
- Lead monthly rebate approval meetings and manage trade spend accruals.
- Ensure accurate and timely recognition of A&P and trade investment accruals.

What You need to be successful

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A.

- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret business context.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and deadline-driven.
