About your role

As an Assistant Supply Planning Manager at Suntory Malaysia, you will play a key role in ensuring a customer-oriented supply plan that profitably meets the demand plan. This position reports to the Supply Planning Manager and covers end-to-end finished goods supply planning—from factory to 3PL warehouse.

What You'll Do

• Manage supply exceptions to minimize stock constraints and out-of-stock situations.
• Review and recommend safety stock policies periodically.
• Optimize inbound supply by collaborating with logistics on truck utilization, pallet holding, and SKU prioritization.
• Lead SLOB governance calls with commercial and supply chain teams.
• Oversee RMPM management with minimal write-offs for promotions, phase-in/phase-out, and NPD projects.
• Provide timely visibility of supply exceptions and mitigation plans to demand and commercial teams.
• Support monthly Supply Review Meetings within the IBP process.
• Collaborate on new promotions and product launches with the Demand team.
• Drive continuous process and system improvements for a lean, agile, and sustainable supply chain.

What You need to be successful

• Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • FMCG supply planning experience
  • Positive attitude, team player, detail-oriented

• Desirable:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
