About your role

As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and execution excellence for the 99 Speedmart channel. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, this role blends sales planning, operational execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver strong commercial results.

You will be closely involved in managing promotions, in‑store execution, merchandising operations, and retailer partnerships, ensuring our brands win at store level while supporting long‑term customer growth.

What You'll Do

 

  • Support the management of 99 Speedmart and other local key accounts to achieve sales and brand objectives
  • Develop and execute promotions, activations, and trade programs in line with business priorities
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and merchandising agencies to drive execution excellence
  • Lead monthly operational reviews with third‑party merchandising agencies to ensure strong store compliance
  • Monitor sales performance, trade spend, and activation effectiveness; recommend corrective actions where needed
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key retail stakeholders to support sustainable growth

What You need to be successful

 

  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales or key account experience, preferably in Modern Trade channels.
  • Experience managing promotions, merchandising execution, and trade spend
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage execution details
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
