About your role
As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales and strengthening relationships with key Modern Trade accounts such as Mydin and Trendcell+. You’ll support the Key Account Manager in executing strategic plans, managing trade investments, and ensuring smooth in-store operations through collaboration with internal teams and third-party agencies.

- Achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets
- Negotiate trading terms and promotional plans with buyers
- Forecast stock needs and align with promotional activities
- Develop and execute customer business plans and in-store programs
- Analyze trade promotions and optimize investment returns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution

What You need to be successful
- A min. Diploma/ Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or merchandising
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A positive, results-oriented attitude and team spirit
- Ability to manage customer relationships independently
