About your role
As an Assistant Key Account Manager (HORECA & Food Service), you will support the growth and profitability of assigned HORECA and food service key accounts by executing account strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales performance. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships, delivering commercial excellence, and ensuring effective trade execution across hotels, restaurants, cafés, and food service operators.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who is passionate about food service dynamics, customer collaboration, and translating strategy into on‑ground results.

What You'll Do

Commercial & Sales Execution
- Support the achievement of annual sales targets, volume, and profitability for assigned HORECA & Food Service key accounts
- Assist in the development and execution of account plans, promotions, and activation programs
- Identify growth opportunities across menu listings, product penetration, and customer expansion
- Support price negotiations, trade terms execution, and promotional agreements with customers
Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA and food service customers, including chefs, procurement teams, and operators
- Ensure effective execution of agreed programs, promotions, and visibility initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact for day‑to‑day account coordination and issue resolution
Trade Spend & Performance Analysis
- Support the management and tracking of trade spend and customer investments
- Monitor sales performance and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and activation activities
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to optimize account performance
Cross‑Functional & Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate with distributors, merchandisers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and in‑market execution
- Support the implementation of company standards, processes, and compliance requirements
