What You'll Do
1. Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Support
- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including Demand Review and cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Management
- Consolidate demand assumptions, risks, and opportunities into a single aligned demand plan
- Prepare analysis, insights, and presentation materials for IBP discussions
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
2. Demand Forecasting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) by SKU, channel, and customer
- Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy
- Identify risks and opportunities and support demand review discussions
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs on promotions, new product launches, delistings, and market activities
- Work with Finance on sales value and profitability simulations
- Engage regional stakeholders on process improvements where relevant
4. Forecast Performance Tracking
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and sales performance against plan
- Prepare dashboards and reports highlighting key variances and root causes
5. Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Operations to align demand and supply plans
- Identify potential risks such as stock shortages or excess inventory and recommend mitigation actions
6. Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
- Support weekly S&OE processes by monitoring short‑term demand and supply constraints
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage demand changes and order fluctuations
- Highlight risks and support alignment on execution priorities
7. New Product Introduction & Promotion Planning
- Support demand estimation for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities
- Track post‑launch performance and update forecasts accordingly
8. Data Management & System Maintenance
- Maintain accurate demand planning data in planning tools and systems
- Ensure timely updates of forecasts and master data
9. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare demand planning reports for stakeholders and management review
- Support ad‑hoc analysis on sales trends and planning scenarios
10. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting processes and data quality
- Contribute to planning initiatives, system enhancements, and process standardisation

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles
- Experience in FMCG or a similar fast‑paced industry is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
