What You'll Do
Commercial Finance
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to evaluate promotional effectiveness and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Assist in trade investment analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Support pricing analysis and portfolio optimization in line with regional and global guidelines.
Business Performance Management
- Track and analyze channel and brand performance against targets, actuals, and forecasts.
- Highlight risks and opportunities in performance trends and support gap-closing initiatives.
Forecasting and Planning
- Assist in the development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Mid-Term Plan (MTP), Rolling Forecast, Mid-Month Forecast, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams.
- Support monthly reporting submissions in the IBP cycle.
- Prepare relevant, timely management information to equip the operators with the information required to make business decisions.
Trade Spend and A&P Management/Month-end Closing
- Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to monitor A&P spending versus budget, last year, and KPIs.
- Complete accruals for trade investments and A&P. Ensure timely and accurate recognition of accruals.
Ad Hoc Projects and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and business outcomes.
- Manage ad hoc requests from the Commercial Finance Manager and contribute to team-wide transformation projects

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial finance, financial planning & analysis, or a related finance role.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare industries will be an advantage.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
