About your role

As the Assistant Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Finance team to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insights. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure financial strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Commercial Finance & ROI Analysis
    Evaluate promotional effectiveness, support pricing strategies, and optimize trade investments in line with regional and global guidelines.

  • Business Performance Management
    Track brand and channel performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and support initiatives to close performance gaps.

  • Forecasting & Planning
    Assist in developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Mid-Term Plans (MTP), and Rolling Forecasts. Coordinate inputs across functions and support monthly IBP reporting.

  • Trade Spend & A&P Management
    Monitor marketing spend, complete accurate accruals, and ensure timely recognition of trade investments.

  • Cross-Functional Projects
    Participate in transformation initiatives and manage ad hoc requests to improve financial processes and outcomes.

What You need to be successful

  • Education & Experience
    Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

  • Technical Skills
    Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Behavioral Traits
    Meticulous, assertive, and driven with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively across teams.

  • Industry Advantage
    Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare is a plus.
